1. Introduction

Welcome to Mock66. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mock66 website and software-as-a-service platform (collectively, the "Service").

The Service is operated by Fines Software Consulting SRL ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Romania.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. User Conduct and Liability

Mock66 is a development tool intended for testing, prototyping, and simulation purposes. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the content you create. Fines Software Consulting SRL does not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any content or mock data generated via the Service.
• No Illegal Usage. You agree not to use the Service to generate, host, or transmit content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Platform Neutrality. We provide the infrastructure for mocking API responses. We are not liable for how you choose to implement, display, or utilize these responses in your own applications or third-party systems.

4. Subscriptions, Billing and Payments

4.1. Free and Paid Services

Mock66 offers both free and paid subscription plans. You may use the Free Tier indefinitely, subject to the usage limits specified on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions ("Pro", "Team") allow for higher usage limits and additional features.

4.2. Billing Cycle and Payments

The Service is billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. A valid payment method, including a credit card, is required to process the payment for your subscription.

• Third-Party Processing: We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle all financial transactions. Fines Software Consulting SRL does not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your account dashboard before the renewal date.

4.3. Taxes and VAT

Fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for payment of all such taxes.

4.4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide credits for refunds or partial months of service, except where required by law.

4.5. Price Changes

Fines Software Consulting SRL reserves the right to adjust pricing for the Service at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your personal data.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that Fines Software Consulting SRL may use such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. As a company based in the European Union (Romania), we are committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Fines Software Consulting SRL makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the uptime, security, or accuracy of the Service. We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted or be free of errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Fines Software Consulting SRL be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
